Dobi strives to arrive at your event early enough to set up to begin serving food prior to your guests arrival and in time for your serving time. All our serving teams carry mobile telephones and are available any time to respond to your needs. Our fleet undergoes an in depth annual safety inspection to assure reliability in delivering your food.

Quality
Stop in for a visit. Dobi has a store where many of our food items are prepared for retail sell. You are welcome to stop in, without notice to us, to purchase and sample our food selection. You won’t be disappointed! Dobi prides itself on preparing top end products to all our customers on a daily basis.

Quantity
Dobi provides an ample amount of food for your guests. Our years of serving events have provided us the skills to assure all guests eat your menu selections. Our typical menu provides portions equivalent to a large sit down home meal.

The Dobi serving staff is trained to be courteous to all guests. Our staff makes periodic inquiries with the host to assure the food portion of the event is meeting the host’s expectations. Our staff is dressed in formal attire bringing elegance to your event.

Business
Dobi Catering is located on a commercial corridor on state route 356 and has occupied this location for over forty years. Dobi is registered with the state to conduct business and is in good standing with the Westmoreland County Department of Health. Dobi undergoes several inspections and audits each year to assure compliance with all regulatory agencies.

Longevity
Dobi has been catering for over four decades. We have many satisfied customers who continually return. Nothing brings us more pleasure than catering a wedding of child of a parent that we catered their wedding. Not many caterers can make that claim!

Operations
Dobi is open to the public seven days a week. Our knowledgeable staff is available to sit down with you to review our menu and assist in your meal selection. Dobi subscribes to a toll free number (1-800-242-1284) for ease in contacting us. We are always here to serve you.

Staffing
The Dobi servicing staffing wears formal professional attire. The attire is dry cleaned after each wearing and staff is trained to know their job while displaying courtesy to the guests. Our delivery personnel wear casual Dobi attire adding to the professionalism on order deliveries.

Experience
Dobi has been catering for many years and this valuable experience is applied to all facets of event planning. Our goal is to make your party one to be remembered. We will work with the host and provide valuable suggestions from our experience to make your day work as planned without any unexpected surprises.

Food Transport
Food transport is critical to food safety and serving a meal at proper food temperatures. Each of the Dobi delivery vehicles is equipped with holding ovens to provide the proper temperature food upon delivery. Each delivery vehicle is equipped with insulated transport containers with a cold source supply to keep cold foods cold. Any less of a precaution places your guest at risk of illness or disappointment of the food.

Cooperation
Dobi staff is very flexible to trying to accommodate your every desire. We understand that this event is special to you and will work with you to provide your desired services or foods.

Availability
Dobi staff is available seven days a week to meet with you. If our daily hours do not fit your schedule, please contact us and we will schedule a time to discuss your catering need that is convenient with you.

Food Safety
Dobi is in good standing with the Westmoreland County Department of Health. Our food preparation staff has successfully earned a nationally recognized food safety certification program. Our food preparation staff’s certificates are proudly displayed at our retail center.

Process vs. Made
Dobi has a core menu that is available seven days a week. These foods are made from scratch fresh for your event. An unexpected minor last minute change can usually be easily accommodated. The Dobi food is made from scratch just prior to your event to assure the freshest food being served on your special day. You will never taste freezer burn in our foods!
